The grapes were crushed and destemmed; the must was then pressed and cold settled, clarified and inoculated with selected yeasts. Fermentation was carried out in stainless steel tanks at cool temperatures, retaining freshness and flavour. The resulting blend was balanced and stabilised prior to bottling.

Australia produces world class, cellar worthy and flavoursome wines of exceptional value. Grapes from specifically chosen vineyard sites in the Southern Highlands were used for this wine.
