Grapes Picked Machine harvested early April 2007
Winemaking Following crushing and destemming the must was pressed and cold settled, clarified and inoculated with selected yeast strains. Fermentation was carried out in stainless steel tanks at cool temperatures to retain flavours and freshness; the wine was blended and prepared for bottling.

Winemakers Notes The fruit for this wine was sourced from a selection of premium vineyard areas in New South Wales.
Gold-green in colour. The blend of 60%semillon and 40% sauvignon blanc has created a finely structured wine showing full flavoured complexity of youthful Semillon herbaceousness with additional spicy notes of passionfruit of the sauvignon blanc, creating a lively and fresh wine. Made to enjoy now.
