Personal Information - What we collect and how we use it
- We do not collect personal information when you visit our website unless you log on, place an order, register with us, or provide us with feedback.
- When you place an order you will be asked to log on and we will ask you for the following personal information: your name, date of birth, email, mailing address, delivery address and any special delivery instructions and phone number. Information from the Checkout is provided to our delivery agents so we can send you your order. We may also need to provide your details to data maintenance providers.
- NSW legislation states that we are required to collect your date of birth details, for all orders delivered in NSW. We also collect date of birth details for all other deliveries, to verify that you are over 18 years. These details will be included on the delivery label, in a disguised format.

Personal Information relating to the Terra Alto Wine Club
- When you join the Wine Club we will ask you for your contact details so we can send you Wine Club information.

wine tastings, dinners and other benefits you can enjoy as a result of
you being a Member.
- When mailing offers, we
may provide your name and postal details to a mailing house or, on
occasion, to a supplier's mailing house. No other information is passed
on. The parties using these details are obliged to delete all records
immediately after use.
- We sometimes employ
researchers or consultants to study various aspects of our Member

participate in a focus group aimed at improving our offers and service.
